I recieved the opal on January 18th,2013. I had read the reviews on different sites and so many had said the opal just quit. That is what has happened, it just quit and won't charge. I have purchased many clarisonic products, I have the first clarisonic face cleanser from five years ago and still going strong. I am very disappointed in this product certainly not the quality I have come to expect from clarisonic. I am returning.
