Directions
PM Application
- Start by exfoliating approximately every 10 days. Using the enclosed
gloves, apply Fake Bake at night to the entire body & face, lightly
glazing over elbows and knees.
Tip: Use a make-up sponge for the face, hands, & feet. Our
recommendation for those areas is our Fake Bake Sheer Bronzing Mousse.
Although it won’t stain, to avoid color on your sheets, after applying,
allow a few minutes for it to dry. Then, with a dry cloth, lightly rub
off the dry excess color guide that is on your skin. Note: When
showering the following morning, you may notice a small amount of
coloration in the water – you are not washing away your tan—it will
remain for days!!! (The natural-based mocha color is used as a guide to
apply the product streak-free!)
Week 1: Apply Fake Bake 2-3 nights in a row to build a good base tan as
desired.
Following Weeks: Apply 1-2 times weekly for maintenance or as desired.
Special Tips: If you have dry skin, moisturize before applying the
tanning product for a longer lasting smooth tone for your newly tanned
skin. For superb hydration use our Oil-Free Moisturizer before and after
treatments.
After showering in the morning, always apply Skin Smoothie dry-oil spray
on wet skin and gently pat dry with a towel. This makes for a smooth
appearance and extends the life of your new tan!

Only by chance did I come accross this lotion...I read the reviews and decided to give it a try ! I'm sooo HAPPY that I did...I LOVE IT!! I'm not a person that like to do the tanning bed, so this is a safer way of getting that great tan look! :)

I was lucky to find a product that was hard to find in Canada on fabove.ca. I tried to order Fake Bake from a US company, they quoted me a great price, then later e-mailed me saying the cost of shipping would be more than the product itselt! A Fabove!

Okay, so i was skeptical about trying fakebake for the first time, because it's gotten mixed reviews. I mainly decided to give it a go when i realized it's what britney spears, madonna, kelly ripa etc use and they always look GREAT. So i decided to go out on a limb and purchase the entire set. The Skin Smoothie,body polisher, and the fakebake lotion with face lotion as well. When you first put it on be aware that you will look SCARY. It will look streaky and patchy and completely horrible. Luckily i read other reviews warning me of this so i was not scared when this was the case for me. Make sure you wear loose fitting clothing, it will stain your clothes but it washes out easily. Rub in but not so much, its got to be able to soak in. The next morning i went into the shower and simply rinsed myself and i had the BEST tan ever!! It looks SOOO natural and real, and not orange in the LEAST. i got soo many compliments that day, and i hadn't even done my second application yet!! I definteley reccomend this for really pale girls who want a nice tan without the sun. Beware you MUST exfoliate first and moisturize withthe skin smoothie before tanning for the best results. Make sure you dont miss ANY spot. If fake bake streaks, it's your own fault because this lotion does NOT streak unless you mess up putting it on. It takes about 20 minutes to put on. it is kind of an ordeal but the results are SO worth it. I will never try anything else. i am sold. I LOVE fake bake. If you already have a naturally dark skin tone, you might want to try the extreme gel for a super dark tan. but the extreme gel i think would be way too dark for a blonde haired pale girl like myself! I reccomend this to everyone! just make sure you follow the directions to a T or you wont get results!
