Q: Which GO SMiLE products should I start to use?
A: GO SMiLE has created the Two-Step Smile Program to help you get and keep a beautiful white smile. The B1 Whitening System is the first step to a whiter smile. Follow with Step Two, and maintain your brilliant new smile with FLASHLiTES™ Smile Touch-Ups and AM and PM Toothpastes. We recommends starting with the GO All Out Kit to get the complete Two-Step Smile Program in a handy value set.

Q: What is the difference between the Whitening System, FLASHLiTES™ and Touch Ups?
A: The Whitening System gets your teeth white, and FLASHLiTES™ and Touch Ups keep them white. The Whitening System is clinically proven to safely and effectively whiten your smile. FLASHLiTES™ ampoules, and Touch Up® Mint-licious® Refills, contain a lower daily-use concentration of whitening ingredients for use up to 3 times per day.

Q: How to use the Whitening System ampoule exactly?
A: Flip: Pull ampoule from outer sleeve. Flip the ampoule over and reinsert it into the sleeve with the applicator tip pointing outwards. Pop: Center the ampoule between the thumb and index finger. With the applicator tip pointing down, squeeze firmly until the inner tube pops. You've just activated the whitening serum. Continue to squeeze until the tip is saturated with serum. Whiten: Apply to each tooth's surface in a circular motion. Avoid sensitivity by targeting away from the gum area. Continue to squeeze the ampoule as you apply the serum until it is empty. The entire process should take about 2 minutes. Make sure you do not eat, drink or rinse for 20 minutes after you apply the the Whitening System ampoule to allow for optimal contact time. Use the Whitening System twice a day, ideally after brushing and flossing your teeth, morning and night, for a week.

Q: When is the best time to use GO SMiLE Whitening System and FLASHLiTES™ Smile Touch-Ups?
A: The Whitening System should be used twice a day, morning and night, for a week after brushing with the delicious aromatherapy AM and PM Toothpastes. To maintain your white smile, use at least one FLASHLiTES™ ampoule per day as part of your routine. You can use them up to 3 times per day after eating and drinking to keep stains from setting, and to freshen your breath.

Q: I noticed great results with the GOSMiLE Whitening System, but want whiter teeth. Is it safe to use another Whitening System or should I just use FLASHLiTES™ Smile Touch-Ups?
A: Yes. It is safe to use the Whitening System up to 4 times per year to achieve the level of whiteness that you desire. But to keep your smile white everyday, use FLASHLiTES™ Smile Touch-Ups up to 3 times per day.
