Shipping

We provide a flat rate for each shipment as shown below for your reference. You can see your order's shipping charge by proceeding through the checkout.

The shipping charges displayed below are for orders weighing less than 2 LB or 1.0 KG; heavier and/or oversized items may incur additional shipping fees which will vary depending on the exact size and weight of your order. You will be notified by email if additional fees need to be charged to your account to cover shipping expenses. If you have concerns about the potential of additional shipping costs, we encourage you to contact us prior to finalizing your order so that we can provide you with an accurate estimate.

All orders will be shipped in discreet packages. Depending on the country your order is being sent to, it may be shipped via UPS, EMS Xpresspost or another carrier. Please provide a street address for delivery. If you only have a PO Box address, please contact us before ordering.

All our shipments are trackable and insured. Shipping companies usually try to deliver a package three times before the parcel gets abandoned or is returned to us. We will email you the shipping information including a tracking number once your order is shipped. Please track your package to find out when you can expect it.

Currency

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars.

All transactions are in Canadian Dollars(CAD). Your credit card or PayPal statement however will show our charge (billed as Fabove.ca) in your local currency. The dollar amount in your invoice will be converted to your local currency on the day that you make your payment. To convert from and to Canadian dollars at the latest exchange rate, you can use Bank of Canada's Currency Converter. This currency conversion tool gives you an estimate NOT a guaranteed rate.

Tax and Duty

No Canadian Sales Tax will be collected on international and US orders. Your order may, however, be subject to your country's custom fees and duties. You are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes in the destination country.

If your order is rejected by the customs department and/or is returned to us due to restrictions imposed by your country, we can issue you a refund by deduction of the original shipping cost, any customs duty or tax, and the return cost.

Credit Card Verification

Please be sure to provide all of your correct billing information on the order form, including the exact name on the credit card, your exact billing address and your phone number. This information should be the same as the information that appears on your monthly credit card statement and bank record. For some international orders, our online system is unable to verify the transaction and we will need to request further information from you. All information provided to us is confidential.

Electrical Appliance

Unless an item is specifically indicated for international use, all electrical appliances on our website (flat irons, hair dryers, curling irons, clocks, etc) are to be used with 110V in North America. You may need a voltage transformer and/or plug adaptor to use the item in your country. Please inquire before ordering.
