i tried it today, and it sraightened my hair quite well. it's very light too. i like it better than my chi flat iron (which doesnt make my hair as pin straight as i would like it to be. it's recommended!

Ok so I just got this amazing hair straightener in the mail a few days ago....WOW it is abosolutly the best flat iron I have ever had! It was here is 4 days which was great as it usually takes forever to get mail in the small town I live in. Every day I have used it, it appears that I have just left the salon....no really...it straigtens my natural curly/wavey hair even if I have worn it curly that day. I am more then pleased with this product and with Fabove's shipping and ordering process. cheers

So heres the deal, i have long, thick curly hair. So finding the perfect hair straightner has been a mission for me since i was 15. I have used every kind from drugstore crappy ones to recently the chi (which stopped working after 7 months on one side) So i saw the avanti in a store and decided to read up on it and came to this website, all reviews seemed good so i ordered this model on a friday and it came monday!!!! I used it and OMG its amazing, heats up in seconds, didnt pull my hair (like the chi), didnt have that burning smell, great swivel cord and looks nice itself. Will be ordering from here again, very reliable.

I just recieved my Avanti Ultra after purchasing it online within 6 days. I am very happy with the product. I have never had my hair as straight as the Avanti made it except in the hair salons where I can pay really expensive. The pricing was really good and the shipping charge was decent. Overall very satisfied with this company and my product. I will be purchasing again from them in the future.

This hair straightener gives your hair that sleek finish after you use it, love it.
I have thick hair and sometimes it takes more than once to get my hair straight in some places.
i would recomend this for people with thin hair to medium thickness. It is decent for curling with, but works better for straightening.
This purchase was a great deal, and arrived right away, i was very pleased with this site's service!

I couldn't get another flat iron which i really wanted, and so i decided that i should get an avanti!! i love this straightener ... i don't have to add any products and it doesnt even damage my hair. I get out of the shower and i have naturally wavy and frizzy hair, but after i used the avanti my waves looked better and had less frizz. when i straighten it, it goes pin straight. and i have thick hair and i have medium length. to do my hair it takes about 5-15 mins depending on how straight i want my hair to be. if your having second thoughts about buying this flat iron, don't because it is a reasonable price and it works wonders :)

i've had 2 babyliss irons that have died on my over the past 6 years. i picked this up for $90 canadian and im so surprised at the amazing results ive gotten from this iron. i'm so happy i bought this. it heats up quick and straightens my hair just going over it once, then again my hair is naturally straight with a little kink. im so in love with this iron. i will never buy another babyliss iron!

My very expensive flat iron exploded a few days ago. I got this brand on sale and tried it right away and I think it is as good or better than my very expensive one. It seems to leave my hair shinier, and I have coarse thick hair. a good buy.

i love this straightener . it is WONDERFUL . i only need about 10 minutes to straighten my hair now , before with my old one i needed about 30 mins . all i did was shower , blow dry my hair . then straighten with no hair products at all !

I have just read all the reviews on this flat iron. I am some what of a cheapo when it comes to spending money. I have spent from $60-$120 on other irons and have not been happy. My teenager has a salon brand & it is amazing! However, I cant take it with me on my travels, nor will i spend $300 on one. With all the reviews on this one, I had to order it. I cant wait to get my fast delivery and free comb and try it out. The comparison of the salon one and this one will be interesting. I will update you,in 5 days!!!!

This is my first flat iron.I've heard warnings about cheap flat irons through the internet.I ordered this because of the reviews and the price. This one works great.I have thick and curly hair(not nice curly, it looks messy).I didn't have to do it twice, once is enough, I got shiny and straight hair. I also got a comb for the flat iron and it works really well with the iron. I appreacite the reviews and hope this would be helpful too. Good luck.

this straightner is amazing, i have thick puffy curly hair and this straightner did the un-thinkable. now, i have straight, shiny hair. i love it! i didn't have to use any extra products or nothing! i just took a shower, dried my hair and straightened! i was amazed, usally some straightners you have to use lots of product for it even to look mildly straight. so, this is an amazing straightner and i would recommend it to anyone!
