It's far from being an over-night cure, but it does seem to work well with time. I bought the 9 beam comb two years ago and I'm reasonably impressed with it. I saw very nominal improvement in the first 3 months of use, but my girlfriend said she really noticed a difference by month 8. I got too busy and stopped using it regularly for a few months last summer and we observed my hair start to get thinner. Since I got more regimented again since last fall, my hair looks better than it has in probably 10 years. I can't see how it would do much if you have already lost most of your hair as it doesn't seem to really cause any new hair to grow from dead follicles. It seems to work by strengthening/thickening existing hair and helping those follicles with the super fine hairs start to produce healthy hair. I've always used a sulfate free shampoo as well, but I don't know if this has helped in any way

It comes with a detailed instruction, and easy to use. Too early to tell a result. Price is good, and the delivery is quick.

I bought a hairmax laser comb premium about a year ago and really enjoy it.

It appears to slow the loss of hair, much less shedding though I have not seen many regrowth.

I used this product following some hair loss due to hormonal changes following the birth of my daughter. The results are great. I have to say that my hair looks better and fuller than ever.
