Excellent Flat Iron, 4.10.2012

I have very curly, longish hair and I was always nervous to invest in a flat iron as I didn't think I could actually do, and I loved having my hair straight for change. So after over a year or so of looking and talking to my hairdresser I purchased this one before I went down south to Cuba. It is excellent, and works just as the other reviews say. I have staright, soft and silky hair. U should also use good products as well, I use Redken products a heat protect and a straightening balm so that probably helps do as well as a blowdryer with ion technology that is suppose to redcue frizz, plus it blow drs quite fast. I definitely recommend this straightener and especially if you like to travel as well, as it offers dual voltage and when I was in Cuba it worked perfectly for me. No complaints here and it has already paid off for me as I use to go to my hair dresser when i liked to have straight hair and that cost me anbout $30 to $40 a trip and I only paid $114 for this with tax. If I can use it after being nervous that I couldn't do as well as my hair dresser then anyone can.

I always thought only hair straighteners with tourmeline and ceramic were worth looking at. Was I ever wrong! This Silver and Titanium straightener is the best I have ever used. It heats up very fast, has a digital display and custom temperature control. I have straightish hair that is incredibly frizzy. A few quick passes through my hair with my new straightener, and it was glassy smooth! I could even use thick sections and did not have to go slowly. I also tried curling with this iron, and it is fantastic. The tapered tip makes it easy to create tight curls, or larger ringlets with the main part of the iron. Again, it glides smoothly through my hair without catching at all. At less than $100, it is a great buy! I feel it is much better than more expensive irons I have used, such as Chi or other $200+ irons. I couldn't be happier, and am telling all my friends about this incredible find!

I have very thick, coarse naturally curly hair. I've tried many flat irons but none of them have ever gotten my hair as smooth & sleek (without having my hairdresser style my hair, that is) as my new Zazen flat iron. I can't begin to tell you how much I absolutely LOVE this flat iron - it is amazing!!! I now flat iron my hair in half the time that it used to take me as I don't have to keep going over my hair in order to get it straight. This flat iron literally glides through my hair and the results are great! I'd highly recommend this iron to everyone!! It's the bomb!! :)))
