Return or exchange can be accepted for unopened products only, unless a different policy is indicated in the Product's "Description" section on our website.
If you change your mind and decide you no longer want a product, or want to exchange it for another one, please ship it back to the following address along with your invoice and a brief note within 30 days from the date of your purchase:

When you return the products please keep these important points in mind:
- Products should be in the original and unopened condition;
- Cosmetics and Liquid products are not returnable due to reasons of health, safety and quality control;
- Package should be in the good condition and have no damage;
- It is returned within 30 days from the date on your invoice;
- You must return all products and accessories at your own expense. If you bought multiple quantities and used part of them, we will refund the unused portion only. If there were a volume discount, refund amount will be determined by the quantity actually consumed;
- Shipping charge is not refundable. For an order with discounted or free shipping, the actual shipping cost, $14.95 for Canada Post Expedited shipping and $19.95 for Xpresspost shipping, will be deducted from the full order amount.
- For USA/International customers: please declare the package as Return Product with a value less than CA$20; otherwise there will be extra Canadian tax/duty and/or customs brokerage fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Please pack your return shipment securely, use a registered mail, or a trackable shipping method, and prepay the shipping cost to ship it back . We will process your return/exchange within 2 business days after your return is received and inspected. We will issue credit to your original credit card or PayPal account (credit card or PayPal order) or send you a check (order with check or money order) if there is a balance. If your account is not credited within a reasonable time, please contact our customer service department.
Damaged, Undeliverable, Unclaimed or Refused Packages
In the case of damages, deficiencies or any product issue, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours of the receipt of your order.
If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, unclaimed or refused, it will be returned or abandoned. It is customer's responsibility for the charges occur, including the original shipping and return shipping cost, and/or tax and/or other charges.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have just received a curling iron but it is the wrong size. I wanted a 1 inch but received a 1-1/2 inch. How do I exchange?
Answer: If you would like to exchange the curling iron you received for a different size, you may do within 30 days of purchase. Please include a brief note mentioning which size you would like to exchange it for. Kindly note that the product package must be unopened and in its original condition.
Our warehouse implements advanced packing facilities to guarantee package accuracy. Shipping a wrong size or wrong product rarely happens. Please review your order confirmation if you have ordered the size you want. If you ordered the wrong size, you will need to prepay the shipping to return, and a re-shipping fee will apply to cover the cost of sending the exchange back to you; if we shipped the wrong size, we will cover the return shipping and re-shipping costs.
