Return & Exchange
Return or exchange can be accepted for unopened products only, unless a different policy is indicated in the Product's "Description" section on our website.
If you change your mind and decide you no longer want a product, or want to exchange it for another one, please ship it back to the following address along with your invoice and a brief note within 30 days from the date of your purchase:

When you return the products please keep these important points in mind:
- Products should be in the original and unopened condition;
- Package should be in the good condition and have no damage;
- It is returned within 30 days from the date on your invoice;
- You must return all products and accessories at your own expense. If you bought multiple quantities and used part of them, we will refund the unused portion only. If there were a volume discount, refund amount will be determined by the quantity actually consumed;
- Shipping charge is not refundable. For an order with discounted or free shipping, the actual shipping cost, which is shown on the invoice, will be deducted from the full order amount.
- For USA/International customers: please declare the package as Return Product with a value less than $20; otherwise there will be extra Canadian tax/duty.
We will process your return/exchange within 2 business days after receiving your
return. We will issue credit to your original credit card account (credit card order) or send you a check (order with check or money order) if there is a balance.
In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our customer service department within 48 hours of the receipt of your order.
Please use a registered mail, or a trackable shipping method, and prepay the shipping cost to ship back the package. If your account is not credited within a reasonable time, please contact our customer service department.
Undeliverable, Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If your package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, unclaimed or refused, it will be returned or abandoned. It is customer's responsibility for the charges occur, including the original shipping and return shipping cost, and/or tax and/or other charges.
All appliances/devices are warranted against functional defects in design, materials and workmanship, provided they are properly operated under conditions of normal use. The foregoing warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear, or if the product has been altered, disassembled or repaired, or if the product has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or accident.
We only provide warranty service to the customers who buy directly from our company. While under a valid warranty period, please prepay the shipping charge and return the defective product to us with the original invoice and a brief note mentioning the return reason. It will be repaired or exchanged for one of same or similar model, free of charge.
Please note that our warranty policy of replacing or exchanging a unit, free of charge, only applies to products that are defective. Our technical support team carefully tests all products that are returned to us for warranty service. In the event that a product appears to be functioning properly and shows no sign of any technical defects, we will contact customers by phone or email for more information on the issues experienced. If no defect can be found and the unit is working properly, it will be re-shipped to you at your expense.
We strongly recommend that customers read through the product's instruction manual and be sure to test the product several times, using different electrical outlets, before returning it to us. Please feel free to contact us for technical assistance if you have any question about the product.
Some products' warranty are provided by their manufacturers. Description "Manufacture's warranty" is indicated on the particular product page. Customers will contact the manufactures for the warranty service.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have just received a curling iron but it is the wrong size. I wanted a 1 inch but received a 1-1/2 inch. How do I exchange?
Answer: If you would like to exchange the curling iron you received for a different size, you may do within 30 days of purchase. Please include a brief note mentioning which size you would like to exchange it for. Kindly note that the product package must be unopened and in its original condition.
Our warehouse implements advanced packing facilities to guarantee package accuracy. Shipping a wrong size or wrong product rarely happens. Please review your order confirmation if you have ordered the size you want. If you ordered the wrong size, you will need to prepay the shipping to return, and a re-shipping fee will apply to cover the cost of sending the exchange back to you; if we shipped the wrong size, we will cover the return shipping and re-shipping costs.
