If you are coming from downtown Vancouver, the easiest way is to take Granville St. all the way to SW Marine Drive. When you get to the end of Granville Street, cross SW Marine Drive and come down the little hill in front of you called Milton Street. Rand Ave will be the first street on your right. I am attempting to place an order, but it is asking me to input my billing information (name, address, etc.) when I press "Place Order" button. I have already filled out all fields in in the billing section. Re-filling all of these fields has the same effect. Is your system is functioning properly?
Please go back to the Shopping Cart page, then proceed to checkout page. If your billing information is same with your shipping information, please leave "Ship to this address" checked; if you unchecked the option, you have to enter all required fields of billing information. 
The above error happens when the option is unchecked, the billing information not entered, but "Place Order" button pressed. After the error occurred, you will have to refresh the checkout page, or start over again from the Cart page.

I just checked the tracking on my package, or I just received an email from Canada Post, and it said my order was delivered but I was home all day and did not receive anything. What happened?
Packages shipped through Canada Post may show a status of "delivered" before you actually receive your shipment. This status provided by Canada Post can indicate your shipment arrived at the local postal office for delivery. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for your package to arrive. If you do not receive it after 2 business days, please contact us to open a formal trace.

I placed an order on your website last week, but have not received any email. Has my order shipped? Do you have a tracking number?
Upon the completion of your order we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, and another e-mail when your order is shipped (usually within 24 hours), in which a tracking number will be provided. If  you do not receive these emails, please check your email account's junk mail folder,  or contact us immediately.

This is the first time I have shopped at My experience so far has been excellent. The site is easy to navigate. The speed at which I was able to locate what I was looking for and make my purchase was very quick. Product information was also provided in a clear manner. The last time I shopped on-line I feel as though I was deceived by the company and I will never shop with them again. Additional hefty costs were added after I had entered my payment information and there was no way to cancel the order at that point.
