I just checked the tracking on my package, or I just received an email from Canada Post, and it said my order was delivered but I was home all day and did not receive anything. What happened?
Packages shipped through Canada Post may show a status of "delivered" before you actually receive your shipment. This status provided by Canada Post can indicate your shipment arrived at the local postal office for delivery. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for your package to arrive. If you do not receive it after 2 business days, please contact us to open a formal trace.

I placed an order on your website last week, but have not received any email. Has my order shipped? Do you have a tracking number?
Upon the completion of your order we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail, and another e-mail when your order is shipped (usually within 24 hours), in which a tracking number will be provided. If  you do not receive these emails, please check your email account's junk mail folder,  or contact us immediately.


Track Your Order

You can look up your order and get its update status on our website.

1. If you have an account, you can log in to your account, then click on My Order;

2. If you don't have an account,  you can click the Order Status link to lookup your order by entering your order number, your last name and your billing email address or postal code. You can check your order status, including Pending, Processing, Shipped and Cancelled; and a tracking number if shipped.

Please note while postal code is not case sensitive, it must be fully matched the format submitted on the Order Form.

For example, if you entered your postal code H0H 0H0 when placed order, you must enter it  with space in between to retrieve your order, that means H0H 0H0, h0h 0h0, or H0h 0h0 works, but H0H0H0, or H0H-0H0 does not.

Orders shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel / Xpresspost

Go to Canada Post Tracking page, enter the tracking number, and you can obtain information on your package's status. You can also call Canada Post at 1-888-550-6333 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time to obtain delivery information of your package.

For orders going to US, you can track the shipment on USPS website.

Orders shipped by UPS or FedEx

Please visit the shipping company's home page, enter the tracking number in the tracking box, press Track, and you can obtain information on your order status.
