Payment Options

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • VISA and VISA Debit Card
  • MasterCard
  • Prepaid Cards and Gift Cards*
  • PayPal
  • eTransfer
  • Money order
  • Personal check

We do not accept American Express and UnionPay. If you prefer to use one of these credit cards, you can try to use PayPal Express Checkout: on the Cart page, click on the yellow button PayPal, then click on “Pay with credit or Visa debit card”.

* We do accept pre-paid cards or gift cards from Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress as a payment option. Please note, however, that not all pre-paid cards can be used for online purchases and some cards may charge an activation fee and/or service charge per transaction. For example, some card companies charge an additional 20% fee for purchases made from a health and beauty merchant like Fabove. This fee is lumped together with the Fabove transaction, even though it is not charged by our company and the additional money collected is never issued to us. Please read the card's terms of service carefully before purchasing to avoid any inconvenience with your transaction. If you notice a difference in the amount showing on your statement and the amount of your actual transaction, the best thing to do is to give your card's customer service line a call for more specific information on the transaction and request refund on the charge of the additional amount. Please read A Note On Prepaid Cards / Gift Cards.

Different Shipping and Billing Information

If you've recently moved but have not updated your address in your bank's file, if you want to send the order to your work place or if you wish to send your friend a gift, we can definitely process your order and send the package to a shipping address that differs from your billing address. When filling out the online order form, please provide the exact billing information that your bank has on file, including the name on the credit card, full billing address and contact phone number. All of this information must match the information recorded in your bank's file. If the information is not a perfect match, we may call or email you to request the correct information. In some cases, we may request a copy of your credit card or a statement to prove identity.

PayPal Unconfirmed Address

If you select PayPal payment, but your shipping address is UNCONFIRMED. We may call you or send you an email to request your confirmation of your address.

CVV2 Verification

For enhanced security, our checkout system requests your credit card's CVV2 number for payment authentication.

CVV2 code is a security feature for "card not present" transactions. This new feature is a three- or four-digit code which provides a cryptographic check of the information embossed on the card.

For Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards, the CVV2 number is located on the back of your card and typically a separate group of 3 digits to the right of the signature strip.

PayPal eCheck Payment

An Paypal eCheck is a payment that you make directly from your bank account by log-in to your PayPal account.

Just like a regular check, it usually takes between 5, and up to 8 business days in Canada for an eCheck to clear and the money to appear in our PayPal account. Your order will be held until the eCheck is cleared.

Payment by a credit card linked to your PayPal account is considered as an Instant Transfer, and the order will be shipped immediately.

Fraud Protection

All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Fabove. Fabove.ca reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

From time to time, we found some fraudulent transactions that used stolen credit card information to receive merchandise, or declined to pay after their products were delivered. We will list these fraudulent persons and transactions here, report to credit bureaus, the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and police department. Please contact us if your name were listed here:
