Honestly even if you don't have troubles falling asleep, it is just so calming and relaxing. And (if you are like me) and enjoy nature sounds - especially the ocean - this is the machine to get! The realistic sound makes you feel like your house is right by the ocean. Ocean is not the only choice though....there are lots of different sounds for you to choose. I recommend this to anyone and everyone. It is worth every penny. Five Stars or more! :)

It is a great sound machine. There are so many sounds you can choose from, and very easy to choose. Sound quality is great. I really recommend this machine, especially for large space.
